Flowers offered in Puja are no longer ordinary. Once they receive Mantra, and rest at the feet of the Deity, they become carriers of subtle energy of that sacred moment remain within them. To discard them carelessly is to overlook the Prana they still carry within.

These flowers can be dried and returned to Prakrti either as compost or transformed into dhoop. When combined with elements like loban or guggal, they create an atmosphere that holds both grounding and upliftment, allowing the fragrance of worship to rise once more into the space.

This sacred return can also be extended to every Temple you visit. Each petal offered in Devotion deserves a conscious closure. This is the Samskara of Sanatana, where even the remnants of worship are treated as sacred.
