Cheese Bread Recipe using Tanzhong method

Dough:

A. 1 packet yeast, 1/2 c lukewarm water, 1 tsp sugar - mix set aside until foamy

B. *Tanzhong recipe - 1/3 c bread flour mix with 1 c milk in low heat until paste

C. 3 cups and 2/3bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c milk/milk powder
1 egg slightly beaten
Yeast mixture
Tanzhong mixture
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup lard or oil

Knead for 8-10 minutes

Cheese Streusel Topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup salted butter

Bake at 360f for 18-20 minutes
