A POV video creating monochrome infrared images around Goulburn NSW Australia.

The still photos are made with a Canon EOS 20D (yes, a 20D!) with LifePixel IR conversion and EF-S 18-55 IS and EF-S 10-18 IS STM lenses. Post processing was done in Canon DPP raw editing software. Editing mostly consists of adjusting black and white points, contrast and levels, because the raw images are really flat straight out of the camera. There is almost no burning-in of sky in any photographs, that's the natural tonality of the infrared.

The occasional hand-waving in the video is me shielding the sun from the front of the lens. The 18-55 is fine in visible light but it flares badly in IR. I joke that it’s fine until i take the lens cap off!
At 3:15 I start running because there is a thin line of shadow racing across the field and I want to get a photo before it disappears.
