hi guys and welcome to todays video!

today i am taking you through my story of how i found peace with my body in the ballet world. its nothing new that the ballet world is a tricky place to navigate and there is so much pressure to look a "certain" way. i fell victim to this narrative and its taken me years to recover and rewire my brain to focus on what i can control. gaining strength and training as hard as possible while also fueling for optimal performance is everything that we're about here on this channel.

i hope this video resonates with someone out there who is struggling and helps you start your healing journey. i am by no means all the way healed and everyday is work but i now have the tools and perspective to look at my body with love instead of only focusing on everything i hate about it. :)
