Mt Lemmon, Tucson Arizona

It is located in the Coronado National Forest north of Tucson, Arizona
With a summit elevation of 9,159 feet, is the highest point in the Santa Catalina Mountains.
Summerhaven at 8200 ft 1000 ft below the peak is perfectly named. Visit this mountain retreat to cool off in the summer and to enjoy a snowy playground in winter.
The 27-mile drive-up Mount Lemmon is not to be missed. There are three distinctly different landscape to the drive – saguaros Catus, incredible hoodoo rock formation, and pine forest and a ski resort at the top.
On the drive down stop at the Windy Point Pullout for amazing views of the Valley and a great Sunset.
