Hello, Spin Friends!! I know it has been a while since my last spin video... Hope you are all doing well! Today's workout is a real endurance burner. Basically a continuous workout, alternating between sprint intervals and steady state climbing! Get ready for the legs to feel like jello!!

Here is the full workout:
Warm-Up: 4 minutes (including 3 x 10s strides)

Sprinting Set 1: 4 x 90s sprint/30s easy
Steady State Climb: 1 minute

Sprinting Set 2: 3 x 90s sprint/30s easy
Steady State Climb: 2 minutes

Sprinting Set 3: 2 x 90s sprint/30s easy
Steady State Climb: 3 minutes

Cool-Down: 2 minutes
