How to make Pandan Chicken

To marinate :-
(For best result please marinate more 8 hours / can fry after 30 mins also)

500g - Chicken Fillet
1/2 tbs ginger paste
1/2 tbs garlic paste
1 tbs onion paste
1 tbs chilli powder / chilli paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs dark soy sauce
2 tbs rice flour
2 tbs brown sugar
salt as needed
little corriander roots part - (optional)
1 tbs sesame oil / any cooking oil (do not mix water when marinate chicken)


After marinate (Frying Process)

Heat up oil
Fold the marinated chicken in pandan leave (screwpine leaf) and stick with Wooden skewers (i use this method because i did in big portion)
Can use tooth stick also (less oil needed if compare with wooden skewers)
Maintain medium flame
high flame will make the chicken burned or inside not cook well.
