Latihan ini melengkapi seluruh seri latihan di bulan puasa; walaupun semuanya ringan, sedikit santai, tapi tetap cukup menantang untuk menjaga tubuhmu tetap fit. Dalam 4 minggu ini kita sudah melatih seluruh bagian tubuh. Jika kamu ingin latihan yang santai dan ringan, kamu tetap bisa mengulang latihan pada series ini.
