Okay, seriously though. How is Beat from Jet Set Radio not in this game?

Forgot that TE does have a version that changes all the character textures to different skins. But it's a one and done thing so it's not really to my liking.

I knew this was gonna be a long one as I'm kinda talking about 3 games here. Hope I did a decent job of explaining the more in-depth features of these mods. If they look cool, both have websites you can go check out. Here's links to both as well as all of my recommendations for Sonic mods.
