-Soak channa in water for 7-8 hours
-Wash the channa for 2 times.
-Add water and salt boil channa in pressure cooker for 3 whistles and keep in low flame for 4mins so it will boil nicely.
-Take boiled channa and add cutted lettuce leaves and onions
-Add amchur powder, chat masala ,pepper powder and mix it well.
Yummy channa salad is ready
