You want to start your month right? Same as me! I like to be productive and to focus on my own well-being and the tasks I want to accomplish to grow. In the morning, I feel like I can do everything, but in the evening, I don't have so much energy left, but I still want to make most of my time.

Today, I'm showing you what I do to plan my month, how I set my goals and how I change my routine to optimize it even more to lessen the stress I put on myself 😆
Please note that my regular work day begins at 2pm as I'm working for a German company and due to the time shift it's 7am in Germany then. 😂
