This is side 2 from the fourth of the series of Paxton Brass Band 10 inch LPs released during the 1960s, LPT1012.
These are fairly rare now and quite collectable. The whole series will follow.

The National Brass Band Championship Finals, on 16th October 1954 at the Royal Albert Hall, were won by Fairey Aviation Works Band, conducted by Harry Mortimer, playing Sovereign Heritage (Jack Beaver, arr. Frank Wright)

Jack Beaver (27 March 1900 – 10 September 1963) was a British film score composer and pianist. He composed Sovereign Heritage for the National Brass Band Championships of 1954.
