DBZ: Ultimate Power Levels - FREEZA SAGA

Back in Battle of Gods (and DB Super), Beerus himself stated that Goku in his base form could NOT defeat Frieza. Something fans had already considered for a long time. This means that essentially all PL lists out there are way too high, and inaccurate as a result. So I created a brand new list with that in mind, while also using math formulas, in conjunction with what the fanbase has come to agree on, to bring you the most accurate numbers possible. I hereby present to you guys: Dragon Ball Z - Ultimate Power Levels.

"Frieza Saga" continues the battle against Ginyu, and covers the entirety of the battle against Frieza.

EXPLANATIONS:

Krillin's strength was stated by Vegeta to rise alongside Gohan's after every battle. So I gave him a little boost against Ginyu (Goku).
It also makes sense considering he held his own.

Vegeta being 475,000 isn't all too far fetched. Considering Frieza's statements, and that he took Vegeta serious enough to transform. Also the fact Vegeta could deflect and hold his own against an angered 1st Form Frieza.

Frieza's 4th form: Yes, 2.3% is a very odd number but it made the most sense. It also shows just how weak Vegeta and the others were in comparison to him.
