A lot of exciting things are happening in Penang, and one of the biggest catalyst for the property market will be the confirmation of LRT. PICC will be connected directly to the Mutiara Line and that will bring the element of connectivity and convenience to the residents. On top of that, the team has just announced a brand new mall which is adjacent to their next phase called Senze.

I absolutely enjoy the product differentiation between Muze and Senze as this new phase is developed with a younger target audience in mind. Since it will be connected to the mall behind, there will be retail components within the project. To cater for the active lifestyle, I must say this is the craziest amount of facilities I have ever seen in a highrise project. Swimming pool, gym, reading area, co-working space are catered for each tower. So it means almost everything times 3. Also to ease the ownership and moving in process, the team introduced fully furnished packages so the renovation fees can be under financing too.

Personally I can't wait for the announcement of the final form of the mall because that's the ultimate breaking point for this township. If it's prosperous, this township is gonna take off. And that's the best part of this project, it's part of a township under one party to develop. So all components within will be thought through carefully. But what if the mall does not perform up to expectation? Hmm...
