The music is going to take us for a ride in this 20 min HIIT indoor cycling class! This TEAM SPRINT ride is all about that beat today! We are not only going to hit that beat with our pedal strokes we are going to HIIT that BEAT, feel the music, and forget about everything else! This rhythm ride is going to improve your overall speed in your other indoor cycling workouts.

Things to remember, keep proper form, modify when needed, lower the intensity by decreasing your speed and/or resistance, and of course give it all you've got! THIS IS YOUR TIME!

This ride is more than just a workout, it’s going to show you what you are made of, help you forgot about stress, and prove to you just how powerful you are!

This cycling class is filled with energizing songs and fun choreography to get your heart pumping and your mood lifted!

💁🏼‍♀‍ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.
