Build description:
Hardwire got a pretty good update with TU22. The backpack talent got lowered from 10 seconds to 5 seconds, allowing you to reduce skill cooldowns by 30 seconds much more quickly when using a skill. A skill that is fun and worth spamming are Seeker Mines. This setup has that in mind.

Setup is pretty simple, 4pc Hardwire with the Backpack. I want to use Seekers, so chose a China Light Chest with Glass Cannon to boost the explosive damage and overall damage of the Seeker Mines. To activate the Hardwire Skill Cooldown, I'll want a Skill that I can repeatedly activate whenever I can. Since this setup doesn't allow much room for heals, I opted for the Restorer Hive. I can drop the Hive and heal myself while pretty much resetting the cooldown of the Seekers. The healing is also nice because I'm using Glass Cannon. It will heal any damage I take pretty quickly.
Since I'm using a Hive, I decided to go with the BTSU Gloves to further reduce the cooldown for the Hive charges. I can also pop the hive for a Overcharge if needed.

The rest of the attributes are all Skill Damage on the Gear as Skill Haste, for the most part, are not needed. This setup has 1 Skill Haste roll while I used the gear mods for Protection from Elites and my Cluster Seekers have a 33 or 32 second cooldown, so Hardwire will reduce that to usually 1 or 2 seconds by the time I activate it. Those Protection from Elite mods could be Skill Haste to bring the cooldown of the Clusters under 30 seconds so you won't have to wait 1 second at times to get them back.

I decided on the Bluescreen LMG because I felt it fit well with the general gameplay loop of Placing Hive and throwing Seekers. This way I get some additional CC and disrupt on enemies. The disrupt can come in handy as it can slow down enemies to give my Seekers more of a chance to connect. The disrupt is also nice for enemy robotics to be able to CC them.

Capacitor can be an option too to take advantage of the Skill Tiers if you want a bit better gun damage. A gun with In Sync an also be an option if you want to go for a more straightforward damage route.

Using Demolitionist to get some extra Explosive Damage.

Overall, pretty fun to be able to spam cluster seekers. Only knock I have is that this setup is pretty weak to tankier enemies that don't have weak spots to exploit.

This is actually just an updated look at an older build seen here from TU15:    • Division 2 | TU15 | BlueScreen Hardwi...
