Here is one of my favorite Shotokan Karate training video by Tsuyama Katsunori Shihan. It shows many excellent basic training exercises performed by some of the best Karate-kas of the time!

The unique teaching style of Tsuyama Shihan at Takushoku University has produced today's most famous JKA competitors and instructors, including Kawasoe Sensei, Osaka Sensei, Kawawada Sensei, Imamura Sensei, Shiina Sensei, Naka Sensei and Taniyama Sensei.
