*Ingredients:*

1/2 cup yellow moong dal (split yellow lentils) or toor dal (pigeon peas)
1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
1 small onion, chopped

1/2 bottle gourd, diced
1 medium potato, peeled and dice
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
