Data Recovery Tutorial. iPhone X Does Not Turn On. Step By Step Diagnosis & Repair. VDD BOOST Short

This iPhone X came in for Data Recovery. It is not smashed or wet. It just died out of nowhere. And I need to fix it enough to turn it on, so I can recover all the pics, videos, contacts, texts & notes out of it.

So we walk through step by step, how to diagnose the issue using the USB Meter, DC Power Supply & Multimeter to find that we have a PP_VDD_BOOST short.

So how do we fix this phone when it has a short to ground?
Why does the Boost IC get hot?
How do we use the Thermal Camera to find the short?
How do we measure for a short capacitor?
