Today we will open up, strengthen, and massage the heart and the thymus through face yoga. I’ve created an exercise that will have a powerful lifting effect on your entire face, smooth your neck, reduce double chins, make your cleavage more alluring, and bring sparks back into your eyes. The name of today’s Juicy Face Lifting exercise is “The Juicy Dragoness.”

There are 57 muscles from the neck up … plus one more that often doesn’t get counted as a “muscle.”  That “58th muscle,” is actually “hidden” in your mouth. You guessed it, the 58th muscle is your tongue, and it is closely connected to your heart and thymus gland. The stronger and more flexible your tongue is, the healthier and more powerful your heart is. And your heart is the one who protects you from viruses and bacteria. 

Training your tongue muscle can actually lower your chances of having a stroke. Isn’t it interesting that the tongue slightly sticking out of a person’s mouth is one of the ways of identifying a stroke? 

Apart from the tongue, we will also focus a lot of our attention on stretching the platysma muscle that envelops your entire neck. By stretching the platysma muscle, we massage the thyroid and the parathyroid glands that act as the main protectors of our immune system. As an added bonus, we will also reap these beauty bonuses: a smooth and firm jawline with no double chins in sight … and firm, lifted muscles of our entire face.
