Today, we have 2 hearings with a high-conflict couple Dad is motioning the court to
change their parenting plan to reflect what he says they are actually doing for their
custody time as they haven’t followed the actual parenting plan in years.


Mom agrees that they haven’t been following the official parenting plan but she also says
she’s not interested in changing what it says. She says that while she’s fine with their
current custody arrangement she claims the reason she’s unwilling to make any official
changes comes down to an ongoing argument between her and her ex-husband over
who will do the transportation on Fridays. She says she’s the one who does everything
else for the children and it’s the least Dad can do to pick them up on those Fridays.


Mom & Dad’s lawyer will bicker over every detail, but what does the judge think of Dad’s
motion?
