Insta360 does not repair broken GOs nor provide spares. So I had nothing to lose and tried to repair the lens by replacing it with a cheap FPV lens. The video is still blurry but way better than before. I also made some tests with a naked GO on a 1s toothpick. You can go down as low as 6.7 gram by powering it with the flight controller or around 13 gram de-cased but with battery.
