Hello folks!
If you have a spare 10 minutes and a pot of double cream, you can have a block of the creamiest butter on the breakfast table…Quicker than you can say Lurpak! 😁 honestly, this butter is gorgeous 😋 and is ready to use right away. When I say it takes 10 minutes to make…I MEAN it 😁 Cheaper than shop-bought, you know what’s gone into it and it’s delicious!

What I used-

600ml (21 oz) Double cream - Heavy/whipping cream could be tried as an alternative, but results may not be as good.

Salt (optional) I used 2 teaspoons because we like salty butter, but adjust to your own taste.
