Donkey Beach Zante | Water Fun Park and Snorkelling | DJI Drone Eye View | Jolly Roger Dinner

Welcome to our family vacation vlog where we share our travel adventures to Tsilivi in Zante, Greece from August 2021.

We had the best day ever visiting Donkey Beach, not a mule in sight, but plenty of jack ass falling over on the aqua scramble, that's for sure.

We start out the day with a luxury taxi ride from the Aqua Bay Hotel to the infamous Donkey Beach (or beach of Gaidaros). Toes in the sand we set up camp on a couple of loungers with a table for the bargain price of €5. A mere snip compared to the cost at Planos beach.

First up we enjoy the beautiful warm, turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea. With a shallow sandy shoreline, this beach is perfect for those with small children. Perfectly demonstrated by Ross and Fin who enjoy a game of bat and ball in the surf.

The others test out the snorkel gear, searching out the local marine life, spotting a variety of fish, sea snails and an urchin.

Next up is Crazy Donkey Zante, the inflatable water fun park. There is a lot of laughing, falling and splashing as the gang make their way around the assault course. Taking a final splash down the slide into the ocean.

All that fun in the sun, certainly works up an appetite and so we head off out for some familiar fayre at The Jolly Roger. Serving up some British favourites, like pukka pies and pork baps, alongside standard pizza's and salad's there's something for everyone.
