Extraordinary BENGALI Cuisine in North Kolkata - SEAFOOD + CHAAT + Sweet Treats & More | Kolkata

The last stop in India for this A Chef’s Tour collaboration. Kolkata was one of those cities were you really need a local to help immerse yourself and realize the true beauty.

This tour started in the Northern part of the city and focused on the delicious and unique Bengali cuisine.

As with every other location, this was my first time ever, not only visiting Kolkata, but getting to experience the Bengali Cuisine and the Bengali neighborhood.

Avik is a guy with a big heart that really wants to show you to truth and hidden unknown of Kolkata. I am so happy he was my guide and he really opened my eyes, by showing me local Bengali neighborhoods.

As for the Bengali food, WOW!! Of course the fish with a mustard based sauce was yummy, as well as, the HUGE PRAWN in that decadent sauce.

Lots of food with good conversation. The BENGALI food tour of Northern Kolkata was a perfect way to finish off my trip of India and has be ready to come back in early 2020.
