Paganini Caprice 3, Practice Guide (Fingered Octaves, High Speed Legato)

Описание к видео Paganini Caprice 3, Practice Guide (Fingered Octaves, High Speed Legato)

Today's video offers a few practice suggestions for Paganini Caprice 3. It comes with two sections, a slower fingered octaves portion and a high-speed legato portion. The legato portion is a really good exercise in speed and bow division.

Key practice pattern for legato section: Stopped marteles
Favorite exercise to prep for octaves section: Single finger scales

As always, I don't consider myself a virtuoso or anything, so please don't fret over my play-through. Hopefully just appreciate the practice suggestions!
