CAMPING AT BRUNY ISLAND! STFU! THIS IS WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF!!! OUR BEST EXPERIENCE YET!

Strap in for some absolutely stunning natural beauty here! If you like the coast, this place will floor you!

We did not want to leave this beautiful little Island. Around every corner, there was something new and beautiful to behold.

After being told of a campground that cost $65 a night down in the South of Cloudy Bay - quite honestly, we scoffed at the sound of that after having freecamps like Swimcart beach on the water in the Bay of Fires for well. . .free. But once we got there and were greeted by the hosts Phil and Karen, experienced some time on the beach there and in the forest. . .we were sold.

This was really a beautiful experience.

I think because I was surfing again for the first time in ages it really increased the froth of what I was feeling and having no service and just family time, cooking around the fire every night, along with the free hardwood on tap, courtesy of Phil's delivery every afternoon - just made it perfect.

We really came to some realisations here that I won't share now - because I think they come to the fore in some future episodes.

You'll notice within this video, the hero reel. This is a version of the video that I produced for Phil repurposed a little bit for this use. He paid us to make that 3 minute-ish video for him to promote the place - that's what we do in our production company for clients and we were lucky Phil needed that service while we were there and it all worked out.

But Phil did not pay anything for me to make this video for Salt, Earth and Sun - or pay us for comment on his place - or influence our perceptions in any way - other than by just being a very decent fellow. 0ur opinions are our own. We really did just fall in love with the place. Just clearing this up before there is any confusion...Or anybody feels like I was over the top (Like I did when I realises I was just constantly frothing in every piece to camera! Hahahah!)
