They Said ELECTIVIRE Is BAD!! But Have they Actually Used it??

Electivire was extremely hyped when it debuted. But after people used it, it was discovered to actually Be a Terrible Pokémon. Despite having a Useable ability, decent attacking stat and a serviceable Speed Stat, and a very deep Movepool, What is actually holding Electivire back?

Have any of you actually used Electivire in competitive play? or is everyone
just assuming it is bad because one person said it once or twice.
