Turning Bird House Ornaments

For my holiday projects this year I decided to turn bird house ornaments. I bought a few Dale Nish kits from Craft Supplies. The kit has everything you need to complete the project including a small bird for the perch and the eyelet for the top. Since I had 9 gifts to make I did change some of the supplied wood with some nice figured walnut that I had in the shop.

I apologize for the lenght of the video. I edited out as much as I thought possible without taking away from the content. Also, a few sections have focus issues....I had the legs of the tripod against the lathe and it picked up some vibration. Live and learn! Thanks for watching. Comments are always welcome!
