last night, i finished loading up the daily YouTube video and made a cup of tea. then the power went out at 8:50pm which we knew this was not going to be good. now a relaxing evening became a night of survival because the last thing we wanted was frozen water lines. the staff was ok with her wood stove going but needed battery powered flashlights to replace her rechargeable ones. a quick trip in the dark WHO-ville with the Famous Black Cat, i was able to make sure she was ok. then it was babysitting the wood stove and gas powered welder in the Kingdom all night and all day. at the time of this writing, we are to get power back on in a couple of hours. the next video after this one, i will let everyone know it and when the power came back on. here is the link below to my "Living Remote With Common Sense" eBook on Amazon. thansk

this is a daily updated channel from the Kingdom in Northern Manitoba Canada where every day is a struggle to survive in the new world we now live in. the life style of recycling, re-using, re-purposing plus living with no money is what the Kingdom has been all about for the last 28 years. we have been doing it long before it became a cool lifestyle. thansk
