Head Coach Jon Bohrer of CORE Athletic Training teaches kids how to build linear and lateral movement patterns and develop balance through the game of Land, Sea, Air. Kids can have fun and work on their athleticism in this sports game. There are options to make the game more challenging so that it's engaging and effective for kids of all experience levels. You can even play with a Soccer ball. Play each variation 3xs a week to see improvement. The athletic skills developed through playing Land, Sea, Air are applicable to all sports and help improve in-game performance.
