Large sections of the Right Fork of the Holly River in Webster and Braxton Counties are frozen over and will likely lead to an ice jam/ice gorge in the next few days with warming weather. This is what the river looks like before the ice breaks up. Video shows drone and ground views of sections of the river in both counties.
