التقرير المرئي لتدريب حساسية النزاع/Visual Report on Conflict Sensitivity Training

أطلقت منظمة سِكَك المحور التدريبي الرابع بعنوان حساسية النزاع، وذلك ضمن مشروع تمكين النساء والشباب كشركاء رئيسيين في بناء مجتمعات مرنة في شمال غرب سوريا، بمشاركة 16 متدرب/ـة (12 إناث - 4 ذكور) من المنظمات المحلية المختارة.
يهدف هذا المحور التدريبي إلى تمكين المشاركين/ات من فهم أعمق للنزاعات والتأثيرات المرتبطة بها، وتزويدهم بالأدوات اللازمة للعمل في بيئات تتسم بالحساسية للنزاع، مما يساهم في بناء مجتمعات أكثر استقرارًا وسلامًا.

SYCAC has launched the fourth training module titled Conflict Sensitivity, as part of the Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria project. The session was attended by 16 participants (12 females - 4 males) from selected local organizations.
The goal of this training module is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of conflicts and their associated impacts, equipping them with the tools to operate in conflict-sensitive environments, ultimately contributing to the creation of more peaceful and stable communities.
