تدريب تيسير الحوار المجتمعي شمال غرب سوريا/Community Dialogue Facilitation Training Northwest Syria

أطلقت منظمة سِكَك المحور التدريبي الثالث بعنوان "مهارات تيسير الحوار"، وذلك ضمن مشروع تمكين النساء والشباب كشركاء رئيسيين/ات في بناء مجتمعات مرنة في شمال غرب سوريا، بمشاركة 16 متدرب/ـة (11 إناث - 5 ذكور) من المنظمات المحلية المختارة.

يهدف هذا المحور التدريبي إلى تمكين المشاركين/ات من اكتساب المهارات اللازمة لتيسير الحوار المجتمعي بشكل فعال وبناء بيئة من الثقة والتفاهم المتبادل بين المشاركين/ات، مما يسهم في تعزيز التعايش السلمي وحل النزاعات في مجتمعاتهم.

Sycac has launched the third training module titled "Dialogue Facilitation Skills", as part of the Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria project. The session was attended by 16 participants (11 females - 5 males) from selected local organizations.

The goal of this training module is to equip participants with the necessary skills to facilitate community dialogues effectively, build trust and mutual understanding among participants, and contribute to peaceful coexistence and conflict resolution within their communities.
