This ONE Action is RUINING Your Health

Are you in a toxic mindset where you're constantly comparing yourself to others? Well, this action believe it or not, is actually hindering you from reaching your full potential, ruining your health as well as preventing you from achieving happiness in your life. You have to understand that everyone goes through different journeys, so why bother comparing your chapter 1 to someone else's chapter 10? It doesn't make sense.

I think you would agree with me that nowadays, one of the largest contributors to this mindset is social media, and especially in younger people. We need to learn to start appreciating the things we have already been blessed with because this helps us to regain our focus, and work towards more meaningful things.

I have also shared my personal experience during COVID which was mentally a difficult time for me, where I was constantly comparing my life to others, I wasted so much time that I badly regret it. I don't want you to fall into the same mindset that I did!
