They celebrate Pig & Pulaka competition every year in Vaitupu island. After this competition, there will be a big feast cooking all the pigs and Pulaka potatos.
I have been staying in remote islands in Tuvalu since 2004.
This is from our (I and my 4 yr. old daughter then) first stay in Vaitupu island.
