Tightly coiled dead skin blocking the ear extracted (pre keratosis obturans discussed)

In this video we see an ear canal completely occluded with tightly packed dead skin, formed in coils and folds. If left a few more weeks or months it may have developed into keratosis obturans, causing pain and an enlargement of the ear canal (bone resorption due to constant pressure).
