"Chicken Tikka Masala " is so delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 kilo of chicken
marinated with:
1/3 cup of yoghurt
1 tsp tikka masala powder
1 tsp cumin seeds ground
1 tsp coriander seeds ground
1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
STEP 2:
SUNFLOWER OIL/ VEGETABLE OIL
1 CAN Tomato puree
1 big onion (diced)
1-2 garlic and ginger paste
1 stick cinnamon
2-3 bay leaves
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp tikka masala powder
1 tsp cumin seeds ground
1 tsp coriander seeds ground
1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup hot water
1 cube of chicken stock
salt and pepper
