Location of engine coolant thermostat after removal of airbox. My first video of my S40 and new to posting videos here! Hope this helps in your search for info on this car. Turns out the thermo was not at 100% and the "jiggle" valve was missing after removing the thermostat. Car temp varied considerably and probably affected the ECM to create poor running conditions at times. New thermo reads a steady 190 degrees with a little variability during normal driving conditions.
