Miraculous Chat Blanc Trailer [Fan-made] [Alternative story]

I was planning to finish it before we get any official promos, but well… I didn’t succeed. But I’m still proud to present you this project, which is my biggest video project I’ve ever been working on. 527 frames edited individually and 12 After Effects compositions.

This video contains some of my theories before we got any promos. My idea was that Chat will get akumatized because of his hard life situation.

Gabriel wants to make even more powerful villains and in order to make sure he doesn’t hurt his son during one of the attacks he forbids Adrien to go to school. Adrien feels broken, because he will not see his friends again. He transforms and runs away, but becoming Chat only reminds him of what Ladybug’s once said. Everything mixed up together makes him feel completely lonely.
Hawk Moth discoveres how to boost his powers again. Mayura creates an Akuma butterfly Sentimonster. The butterfly seems familiar to Hawk Moth’s power and foreign at the same time. That’s why he manages to give this butterfly dark powers again making it 2 times more powerful. Once Chat gets akumatized he just can’t fight it and he literally becomes Hawk Moth’s puppet. But when he is about to hurt someone who means so much to him, the real Chat inside him wakes up and tries to fight Hawk Moth’s power.
