1 cup boiled sweet corns
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning/oregano
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon pizza sauce or ketchup
Salt to taste
1 small cheese cube

Street Style Masala Corn Chaat
1 cup boiled sweet corns
¼ cup tomatoes finely chopped
¼ cup onions finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 teaspoon raw mango finely chopped
¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon chaat masala
¼ teaspoon black salt
¼ teaspoon cumin/jeera powder
1 tablespoon green chutney
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons nylon sev
3-4 papdi
