Caramel Rice Payasam Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make caramel rice payasam recipe in tamil. This caramel payasam can be made with just a handful of ingredients. I have used raw rice in this recipe but the recipe can also be adapted to regular rice or basmati rice. Cooking this recipe for long time period will produce a rice pudding like consistency.
