Delve into the famous dessert wine region of Tokaj in Hungary with Annamaria Panka Juhasz DipWSET. Through an exploration of the region’s history, geology, specific weather conditions, difficult grape varieties, the particularities of botrytis, and the market for Tokaj wine, Annamaria will build her case as to why she believes this is the most complex wine region in the world.

Annamaria is a WSET School London Diploma graduate who now lives in Budapest, Hungary, where she works as a sommelier, wine consultant and wine educator.
