He’s a level 12 intellect who easily surpasses anyone in the DC Universe, including Lex Luthor. Most of his origins place him as a being from the planet named Colu, although recent variations have made him of Kryptonian origin. He seeks to gain all the knowledge in the world and can quickly learn anything in the blink of an eye. He’s considered to be the most high-tech foe of Superman.
