Kashmiri Saag / Haakh (Collard Green) 1 1/2 kg
Marination:
Salt half teaspoon
turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
For Masala:
Oil
cumin Seeds : 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Stick: 1
Black Cardamom : 3
Green cardamom : 4
Cloves : 4
Back Peppercorns : 7 to 8
Chopped Garlic : 3 tablespoon
Onion : 2 large size
Tomato : 1/2 kg
Fennel Powder : 1 tablespoon
Dry Ginger powder : 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder : 1 teaspoon
kashmiri Red Chili Powder : 3 tablespoon
Whole Kashmiri red chilies : 4 to 5
Salt : as per taste
