Recreating Tokyo’s No. 1 "Mr. Cheesecake" Recipe | Popular Phantom Cheesecake | ミスターチーズケーキ

Dubbed by some as the phantom cheesecake with an “only online” presence. This store takes orders only twice a week via their online store and they sell out within minutes.

After doing some research and testing, this recipe is based off the recipe released by the chef behind Mr. Cheesecake but I have made some minor adjustments for the home ovens and substituted the use of tonic beans with additional vanilla instead due to me not being able to get my hands on those beans.
