Paloma - The OTHER Cinco de Mayo Cocktail

Cinco de Mayo is the Margarita holiday. But there's another tequila and citrus cocktail that's refreshing, classic, and a great fit for the holiday or any day, the Paloma. I'll make 2 versions, the most simple combination of tequila, lime, and Grapefruit soda, and then we'll make one entirely from fresh grapefruit and natural honey, with a blend of tequila and Mezcal for a smokey touch. Then carbonate the entire cocktail for a light, refreshing, and smokey take on this classic.
