Blue Cocktails That Actually Taste Great

Blue Curacao is a favorite of TikTok videos, Applebee's menus, and neon colored college bar sugar-bomb drinks. I wanted to find ways to use it in a well-balance classic style cocktail, highlighting both it's flavor, and it's color. I'll make 5 cocktails, variations on classics like the Ramos Gin Fizz (an egg white cocktail famous for it's 12 minutes of shaking), and the Velvet Fog. I'll make blue versions of these, also using Yellow Chartreuse, rum, even try some tiki flavors.
