Welcome to our latest video of Food street series Episode no 4 the Turkish chicken wrap! In this video, we’ll tell you how to make chicken wrap at home. It’s an easy quick recipe to make wrap at home.

A delicious and easy to make Chicken Wrap recipe!
Chicken Wrap Recipe:
Ingredients:

- 1/2 chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tomato
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp peri peri sauce
- ⁠1 tbsp bbq sauce
- ⁠3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4-6 tortilla wraps (whole wheat or flour)

For the chicken:-
- 4-5 tbsp Cooking oil
- ⁠1 tsp garlic paste
- ⁠2 tbsp chilli sauce
- ⁠1 tbsp tikka masala
- ⁠1/2tsp Chilli flakes
- ⁠Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large pan, add cooking oil sauté the garlic paste add the chicken cook until color change. Add all spices n cook for 10mins.
2. ⁠Toast the Tortilla wrap.
3. ⁠Add the layer of mayonnaise, onion, tomatoes and add the chicken, peri peri sauce, bbq sauce, squeeze the lemon.
4. ⁠Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to enclose.
5. ⁠Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

- Use cooked chicken breast or thighs for the best flavor.
- Customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or sauces.
- Add some heat with sliced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a nutritious twist.
- Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Variations:

- Mediterranean Chicken Wrap: Add some chopped olives, artichoke hearts, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Spicy Chicken Wrap: Add some diced jalapeños, sliced avocado, and sour cream.
- Indian-Style Chicken Wrap: Add some chopped cilantro, mint chutney, and crispy onions.
