5 Year Old Girl Catches Big Air | Skiing Family

Learning to hit jumps is a skill not all skiers choose to tackle. In this video Adia learns that she needs to trust her speed in order to hit jumps and she also learns what happens if she has too much speed!

I coach her on staying balanced and that it's okay and normal to lose some confidence after a crash.

Adia is so much fun to ski with and I love skiing with her. She won't be 5 years old for much longer!
